Here's what you need to renew your New Hampshire Appraisal license

Online Info

New Hampshire Appraisers are required to complete 28 continuing education hours every 24 months including the 7 hour National USPAP Update course or Equivalent.

Effective February 2013: Licenses and certificates issued by the board shall expire biennially on the last day of the license holder’s birth month. Those who renewed in December 2012 will be due for renewal on the last day of their birth month in 2014. Those who renewed in December 2013 will be due for renewal on the last day of their birth month in 2015.

Online Limitations

NH allows a maximum of one-half (14 hours) of your continuing education to be completed online each cycle. Effective 2/2/13: The 7-hr USPAP Update may be completed online.
