North Dakota Real Estate Education Requirements

Online Info

North Dakota Real Estate Professionals are required to take 9 continuing education hours every 12 months. The mandatory requirement is 3hrs in Safety, including cybersecurity.

There is NOT a grace period for completing your education. If you do not have the required number of hours for an active license, you need to renew to the inactive status until you have completed the required education. Keep in mind that the continuing education hours you use to activate an inactive license cannot be used to meet the 9 hrs. of continuing education required annually.

Online Limitations

Students must complete the online courses within one year from enrollment date. 

North Dakota licensees are not allowed to take more than 8 hours of courses in a 24-hour period
