Wyoming Real Estate Education Requirements

Online Info

Licensees are required to complete forty-five (45) hours of continuing education during each three-year cycle. These include twenty-four (24) hours of required coursework and twenty-one (21) hours of elective coursework.

All responsible brokers must complete the approved Broker Management Course (8 hours) in addition to required coursework.


Effective January 1, 2017 mandatory education courses are allowed online.

Students must complete the course within 1 year from date of enrollment
