Minnesota Real Estate Licensees are required to obtain 30 hours of continuing education every 2 years. You must complete 15 hours of education each year within that 2-year period.

Licensees must take 1 hour each of Fair Housing and Agency Law. These courses may be taken at any time during the 2-year period. McKissock offers a 2-hour Minnesota Agency Law and Fair Housing course for licensees.

A module training course will be required each licensing year as part of the 15 hours.
*Commercial-only salespersons and brokers are exempt from these module requirements, but must file the appropriate exemption requests form that is available on the Commission’s website.
