Online courses
Starting from the date of purchase, students have 30 days to request a refund.
Livestream and Classroom courses
Students must request a refund within 24 hours from the first day of the Livestream or Classroom course to receive a refund.
Students can swap to a self-paced online course if they no longer qualify for a refund.
Livestream and Classroom students who do not attend class – whether one or multiple classes – will not receive a refund.
All modalities
If a course is completed, it does not qualify for a refund.
If the student purchased a membership or package and completed at least one for-credit course, a refund is no longer available for the entire membership or package.
Textbooks, manuals, and shipping are non-refundable. All refunds will be less the retail price of any included textbooks and manuals.
