Here's what you need to renew your Connecticut Appraisal license

Online Info

Connecticut Appraisers are required to obtain 28 continuing education hours every two years; including 11 hours in mandatory topics. Mandatory hours include 7 hours of the National USPAP Update course or Equivalent and 4 hours of the Connecticut Real Estate Appraisal Law Update.


*Note effective November 1, 2019 CT Appraisal Law Course increased from 3 to 4 hours.  Any licensee who has taken a 3hr. course prior to Nov. 1 will receive credit for the requirement.


Licenses are renewed yearly by 4/30, however CE is not due until 4/30 of even year.

Online Limitations

CT has no limitations on the number of CE hours permitted online.
