Online Info

Georgia Appraisers are required to take 14 continuing education hours every 12 months including a 7 hour National USPAP course once every 2 years.

The Georgia Appraisal Board requires an affidavit be submitted to us upon completion of all courses (except non-credit courses).

Online Limitations

GA has no limitations on the number of CE hours permitted online.

Courses may NOT be repeated within a one year period.
