Here's what you need to renew your Kentucky Appraisal license

The information below is a summary of the minimum requirements set forth by the Kentucky Real Estate Appraisers Board. For a more detailed requirements breakdown, please see the board's site.

Online Info

Kentucky credential holders are to complete 14-hours of continuing education on or before May 15 of each year.

The 7-hour USPAP Update Course or Equivalent is required January 1 through May 15 of the even numbered year.

Although the date for completing continuing education will change, the renewal period will continue to begin July 1 and end June 30.

*Education course completion certificates must be submitted to the board by May 31.

Online Limitations

KY has no limits on the number of hours permitted online.

Credit for repeating the same course title and content within a twenty-four (24) month period shall not be granted.

Roster Process: Rosters are sent via mail every Friday. Rosters will be submitted on alternative days upon customer request. Please note there is a $10 fee for any rush submissions.
