Here's what you need to renew your Oklahoma Appraisal license

Online Info

Oklahoma Appraisers are required to complete 42 continuing education hours every 36 months including the National USPAP Update or Equivalent Course. USPAP must be taken by all appraisers during each two year period ending on December 31 of even numbered years.

**Effective June 1st, 2016, the Board agreed to allow webinars to count as in-class/in-person Continuing Education as opposed to on-line Continuing Education.

Online Limitations

The Oklahoma Real Estate Appraisal Board limits your distance education participation to one-half of your continuing education requirement (21 hours) per renewal cycle.

Roster

Roster Required: yes

Roster Process: Rosters are emailed on the 15th and the last day of every month. Rosters will be submitted on alternative days upon customer request. Please note there is a $10 fee for any rush submissions.

Licensees are required to submit copies of their continuing education certificates with their renewal in order to receive credit for the courses that they have taken. The submission of course rosters do not replace this process.
