2020 is here, and with it come advancements in-home technology that homebuyers are on the lookout for when purchasing a home. Some are new and some are upgraded, but this year also brings products that address user concerns about identity safety and intrusiveness.

There were some fun concepts such as a toilet paper delivery robot and mechanical arms that aid with kitchen prep, but concepts aside there are a number of gadgets actually scheduled for release this year that make life easier. As a seller’s agent, it is your job to keep updated on these technology trends as homebuyers want to be wowed and know that their new home is ready for whatever the future may bring.
