How do I get my certificate?

All of your completion certificates are available 24/7 from within your dashboard.

If have completed a live class your certificate will be available to you during the business day following the class. Otherwise, it will be available to you immediately upon completion.

To access your certificates:

1. Go to mckissock.com
2. Click LOG IN, located at the top, right of the screen then enter your username and password.
3. On the left-hand side of the screen is a tab called “Certificates.” Click there to see all of the certificates available to you.
4. Your certificates will be grouped by the year you completed the course. Just locate the certificate associated with the course you need and click “View & Download.”
5. You should now be looking at your certificate. Click “Download” and you will receive a copy of your certificate in your computer’s download folder.

If the certificate you are looking for is not listed, we recommend going back to the “My Courses” tab (left-hand side of the screen) and finding the course there. Check to see if it is 100% complete, or if it is locked due to some action needing to be taken.
