Depending on the distance you will be travelling and the general traffic conditions of the area where you seminar is located, we would recommend that you double the time and add in the number of minutes you wish to arrive prior to the start of class. For example, if you wish to arrive 30 minutes early, and you are 20 minutes away, we suggest leaving at least an hour and 10 minutes prior to the start of class.
We recommend that all students arrive 15-30 minutes before class starts so that you can sign in, gather your class materials and handouts and pick a spot in the room that is most comfortable to you.
