FAQs

What happens if I am late to the webinar?

Note:  All webinars are in Eastern Standard Time.

It’s important to be on time for your webinar.  The best plan of action to be on time?  Plan to be early.  Try logging in 10-15 minutes early (15-25 if it’s your first time).  It’s even a good idea to make sure your computer meets the requirements for a webinar the night before. Click Here to see webinar technical requirements.

If you’re a little late, we understand.  However, state regulation does not allow us to issue or submit proof of completion if you’re more than 10 minutes late.  Please understand there is no leeway here.  Your license integrity depends on us keeping up with the rules.

The good news?  If you can’t make it we are happy to reschedule you for a future webinar or transfer you to an online course (if possible).
