2022-2024 Alaska Required Topic 6 - Licensee Relationships

This real estate course is about various types of agency relationships such as buyer’s agency, listing agency, and leasing agency and your required fiduciary duties and obligations owed to each of your clients and others as an individual or as part of a team. You will learn about what duties are owed or not owed to others depending upon whether or not you have a confirmed designated agency relationship. Your duties and obligations with clients do not officially end once your agency relationship or purchase deals have ended, as you will learn later in this course.
