Georgia Real Estate Education Requirements

Georgia Real Estate Professionals (including Referral Agents) are required to take 36 continuing education hours every 4 years.

Note – As of July 1, 2016, the 36 required hours of continuing education shall include 3 mandatory hours on the topic of License Law. This issue of the GREC RENews details this rule update.

The Georgia Real Estate Commission requires an affidavit be submitted to McKissock upon completion of all courses (except non-credit courses).

Online Limitations

There is no limit to the number of CE hours that may be taken online.

Courses may NOT be repeated within a one year period.
