Iowa Real Estate: 8-Hour Mandatory Law Update
This course is approved by the Iowa Real Estate Commission to meet the 8 hour Law Update continuing education requirement. The purpose of this course is to ensure that Iowa real estate brokers and salespersons remain informed about the latest laws, regulations, and rules that govern their profession.

This course is approved for 4-hours of CE for Iowa real estate licensees. The purpose of this course is to provide licensees with the knowledge and skills to better handle situations where an agent’s duty to act in their client’s best interest may conflict with other legal and professional obligations.
