This course is approved by the Maine Real Estate Commission for the 3 hour CE core course requirement. This course focuses on a licensee’s duty, in compliance with state laws and rules, to provide reasonable care and diligence to customers and clients ensuring students understand their duties specific to consumer and property identification, property disclosure, and explaining important documents.
